To ensure appointment availability for all clients, a minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or failure to attend (no-shows), will be charged at 100% of the appointment fee.
If you have paid for your appointment in advance online, the payment is non-refundable for cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice or for missed appointments.
